Manual telemetry in industries is plagued with misestimated measurements, unadulterated values, parameter untraceability, reporting delays, historical data losses, unorganized measurement storage, etc. Loggers store measurements but cumbersome data transferring, lack of traceability & non-standard progression in which measurement is collected are still a pain. We created a unique fusion of a measurement instrument(Thermometer), an Express-data tagger, a logger & an IoT within one compact handheld device.
The floor staff are happy as they no longer walk all the way to control rooms to submit data. The data monitoring team is assured if they see data on the portal then it will be precise, unadulterated, traceable & be never lost. A lot of instructions and announcements on the floor are passed based on realtime measurements relayed to the central team.

Executing critical activities at the far ends of the plant is a challenge as operating parameters are to be communicated over phone/ signal/Voice while executing. To eliminate the risk of introduced communication breakdown during operation it would be idle to bring the controllers displaying operating parameters to the site of activity, which is not practical.
